A hotel tower with a 9-story, post-tensioned flat-slab concrete frame and a one-story convention center with a long-span steel roof. The project included trellis walkways and tall mansard parapets with slate shingles.

A 14-story office building over two story parking garage below street level. The office floor framing system is steel composite construction and the parking structure is poured in place reinforced concrete.
